These s’more chocolate chip toffee cookies are a hit! Is my most followed recipe on Instagram and it is so simple to create. I think it’s the simplicity and the deliciousness that brings people coming back for more. Or maybe it’s the ooey gooey center of marshmallow and the deliciousness of chocolate chips and heath topper.

The perfect combination!
Everyone loves a good chocolate chip cookie, marshmallows and toffee or any type o f chocolate treat. These cookies are so fun to make. My kids love the remix on a s’more. We don’t have all the time to go outside and make a fire so this is a fun addition to the weeknight treat menu.
Get the kids involved
This is a perfect dessert for the kids to create. It’s fun for them to press out the cookie dough, add the marshmallow and watch everything melt together. They also will love to switch up the cany topping. Each of my kids have a different flavor profile in their love for chocolate.
