These are some of the easiest little treats to make! It’s a fun way to make my all time favorite cookie, Oreo, the star. This is also a very simple way to create cheesecake without all the fuss. They take no time at all to assemble and eat.

Quick, fun and delicious is what it’s all about. I Love making desserts that take little to no time to create. I promise these will not disappoint. Oreo cookies are one of my all time favorite cookies and cheesecake is one of my all time favorite cakes. So, I thought it would be great for them to get together! By following the recipe you will come out with a smooth and fun Oreo Cheesecake in no time. They also look like Hershey kisses!
KEY ITEMS FOR YOUR OREO CHEESECAKE
- Room temperature Cream Cheese– This will allow for smoother mixing and your cheesecake will come out creamy and delicious.
- After assembly freeze for 20-45 minutes- The longer you chill these the better they will hold up. Serve them shortly after you remove them from the freezer so they don’t become soggy.
EASY STEPS TO MAKE OREO CHEESECAKE KISSES
- Remove the cream filling from the Oreos and place into a bowl.
- Add Oreo filling , cream cheese and sugar into a stand mixer or use a hand mixer.
- Mix all together until smooth. This will take about 3 minutes of mixing on medium/high.
- Crush 5 cookies without cream, using a rolling pin or mallet and a plastic baggie.
- Add the crushed Oreos into the cream cheese mix. Mix until incorporated.
- Place Parchment Paper on a sheet pan. Add your Oreo tops to the parchment paper.
- Pipe your mixture onto your Oreo tops. You should make them look like little mountains.
- Slowly Warm your chocolate melts by the directions on the bag. Drizzle melted chocolate using a spoon or a piping bag over the top of each Oreo cheesecake kiss.
- Sprinkle any extra Oreo crumbs and powdered sugar on at the end as garnish.
- Freeze for 20-45 minutes and enjoy!
TIPS FOR SUCCESS
- Use a piping bag or a zip lock bag (cut the edge) to drizzle the chocolate melt onto your cheesecakes.
- Make sure to use parchment paper on a sheet pan when setting up the cookies.
- Freeze the Cheesecake kisses directly after drizzling the chocolate for best results.

Notes
It’s important to remove the Oreo filling when preparing the cheesecake portion. If you do not do this your mixture will not turn out smooth.
