Loaded BBQ Chicken Nachos
These are going to be the first thing to go at the party. These nachos are loaded with tender chicken, multiple layers of cheeses and sauces. You won’t regret making these for your next game day!

- 2 whole Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp. BBQ rub seasoning
- 1 c. BBQ sauce
- 1 bag Tortilla chips
- 2 Regular jalapeños or pickled jalapeños sliced
- 2 Tomatoes chopped for topping
- Sour cream for topping
- Cheddar cheese shredded for topping
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Season chicken breast with BBQ Rub.
- Bake chicken breast for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes remove from the oven and add BBQ Sauce.
- Once you have added your BBQ sauce, place the chicken back into the oven to finish cooking.
- Continue baking chicken breast until done (165°).
- Let your chicken cool a bit and then shred your chicken with 2 forks.
- Add more BBQ sauce to your chicken and mix well.
- In a cast iron skillet or a baking sheet layer the tortillas chips, chicken and cheese
- Place back in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, and add sour cream, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeños.
