- Next you’re going to pan sear your salmon fillets. Season both sides of the salmon evenly with your salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Heat your skillet to medium heat and add butter and olive oil.
- Once your butter and olive oil have melted down and bubbling add your salmon. You will know your salmon is ready to turn once it does not stick to the skillet.
- Flip your salmon once it’s golden brown. Once your salmon is golden on each side, remove from your skillet. Pull-A-Part or flake with your fork for your tacos.
- Warm your tortillas in a dry skillet, about 10 seconds on each side. Add some flaked salmon and top with your Mango Salsa.
