Ingredients
  

  • Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 c. All pourpos flour
  • 2 c. Buttermilk
  • 4 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • ½ c. Butter melted unsalted

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating your oven to 450° f.
  • While your oven is heating up, add all the dry ingredients into a bowl. If you want to sift the flour that is an option.
  • Use a whisk to mix the dry ingredients together.
  • Next, add in your buttermilk and mix until everything is combined.
  • Do not over mix.
  • Add your stick of butter to your 9x8 dish and melt it in the oven.
  • Pull it out just before the butter starts to bubble.
  • Next add in your biscuit mix to the dish.
  • Use a rubber spatula to make sure that the dough is spread all the way to the edges of the pan.
  • Place the dish into the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  • At the 10 minute Mark use a knife to cut into your dough depending on what size of biscuits you want.
  • Finish baking your biscuits for another 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown on the top.
  • Remove your biscuits from the oven and add your toppings like egg, bacon, sausage,cheese or anything that you like!
  • Enjoy!!!
