Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 tbsp. Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. Aleppo Chile & Sumac Blend @spicetribe chili powder, paprika, all spice, nutmeg, cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp. Cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 can Fire roasted tomatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic sliced
  • Drizzle Evoo
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Instructions
 

  • Directions
  • Start by seasoning your chicken with the spices listed. Make sure to season the skin and the meat.
  • Drizzle EVOO all over the chicken and make sure that it is evenly coated.
  • In a Dutch oven or pot heat the oil and butter.
  • Once the oil and butter is bubbling add chicken and brown on all sides.
  • Once the chicken is brown on both sides, remove the chicken from the pot and place in a bowl or on a plate
  • To the pot add tomatoes and garlic, stirring well.
  • Place the chicken back into the pot and simmer on low cooking until chicken is done (165°).

Notes

Serve this dish with your favorite sides like rice and vegeables.
