  • Small 5 ½ in. Cast iron skillet
  • Kitchen torch.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Prepared cookie dough
  • 1 c. Mini marshmallows
  • 2 Twix bars chopped
  • 2 Hersey’s bars chopped
  • 1 12 oz. Bag chocolate melts
  • 6 Graham crackers

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350° f.
  • Press some cookie dough into the bottom of the cast iron skillet so that it covers the bottom completely.
  • Bake your cookie for 8 minutes.
  • Remove cookie from oven and add marshmallows, Hersey’s and Twix on top. Bake for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Use a cooking torch or broil setting to brown the top of the marshmallows. If you use your broil setting make sure you watch that they do not burn. Broil for only 2-3 minutes.
  • Follow the instructions for melting chocolate melts. Drizzle chocolate all over the top of the marshmallows using a piping bag or a spoon.
  • Break apart your graham crackers and place all over the top.
  • This dish is served family style. Enjoy!

Notes

You can make this Cast iron S’more on the grill or over the campfire. All you need is your cast iron skillet. Cast iron skillets are great because they're easily transferable over any heat source.
